Morgan requested we re -review the approved documents on file to <br />establish whether they are in compliance with the rules and regulations <br />at the present time. <br />Following are our review comments: <br />Sanitarian Consultant Review <br />1. In the adoinistration building, it is recommended that a service <br />sink and storage space for cleaning equipment and supplies be <br />provided in the kitchen area for the exclusive use of the food <br />service department. <br />2. The Sheet M-1 shouts a P-11 lavatory in the laundry building while <br />Sheet AB-1 shows it to be fixture P-10. This should be clarified. <br />There should be a hot water Dose bibb some place for can washing: <br />perhaps at the garbage storage area. <br />State Electrical Inspector's Review <br />Approved subject to 1975 National Electric Code and Field Inspection. <br />State Fire Marshal's Review <br />Plans are acceptable subject to previous plan reviews and require- <br />ments.
