Approval is also subject to code and field inspections by <br />the State Electrical Inspector and the State Fire Marshal and to <br />conformance with items of the reviews. <br />STATE FIRE MARSHAL'S REVIEW <br />1. You shall install a smoke detector in stairway at main floor <br />level, one in rec-room and one in each of the living/dining <br />rooms. <br />STATE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR'S REVIEW <br />1. The electrical junction box on sheet 1 of 2 must be accessible <br />after the buildings are completed. <br />A set of stamped "approved" documents is being returned for use at the <br />job site. These documents are to remain on file and available, in good <br />condition, for inspection at the job site office at all times until <br />the project is completed and approved.
