Further, we understand <br />that thle remodelling ia taking place with the purpose of converting the structure <br />to office apace. <br />The remodelling of this structure without permits is a violatlon of Section <br />19.64.010 of the �erett Munlclpal Code, and the converaion of this single family <br />resldence to an office or any other use would be a violation of Section 11 of the <br />Concomitant AgreemEnt to Rezone Ordinance 1006-84, which requires prior approval of <br />any such action by the City of �rerett Hearing Examiner and C3ty Council. <br />Please Cease and Deslst any further construction activity at 5511 Fleming until <br />such time as permita have been obtained for this work. Building permica are <br />available at the Service Center, 3200 Cedar Street. For iaformation, call <br />259-8810. If you are inteading to convert thls structure to a differeat use, <br />please contact the Planning Departmeat at 2731 Wetmore for the application forms <br />aad information on procedures to amend the concomitant agreement.
