Main, requesting you to make sure the gate leading to your awimming <br />pool was sec�e in accordance with City Ordinance. A second letter was sent <br />Apri17, 1983, regarding this matter but returned �mclaimed. We have been <br />informed that the gate is not s:.�cured as required by law. <br />In June, 1981, the Everett City Council passed into law Ordinance No. 773-81 <br />which requires all pubHc and private pools to be enclosed with a fence end gate of <br />sufficient design and strength to keep out small children. <br />As the property owner, it is your responsibility to maintain a secured gate to yo� <br />pool.
