All calls for Inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance - phone 259-8810. <br />2. All work shall be performed in accordance with this permit and current City of Everett Design and <br />Construction Standards and Specifications. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hrs. before you dig. TOLL FREE NUMBER 14M00-424-%%W <br />Install an infiltration trench built as per Section 3-2.6.2 and Figure and Table 3-2.2 of the city <br />Storm water Management Manual (copy 7s stapled to this permit). The infiltration trench shall <br />no closer than 5 feet to any up slope property line or foundation nor closer than 10 feet to any <br />downslope property line or foundation. Call Public Works for an inspection prior to covering <br />trenches. <br />Example: This structure has approx. 13W Sq.
