DESCRIBE PROPOSED CHANGE OF BUILDING OR USE <br />The applicant propo�es to uae the building, formerly used as a cabinet ehop, <br />auto repair, and heavy equipment atorage and repair, for cookie manufacturing <br />and xarehoueing. The cookie-making operation will involve less than 20} of <br />the total �pace, xith the balance serving as xarehouse, storage and office <br />space. There xill be up to 6 semi-truck deliverie� per month to and from the <br />aite. Cookie deliveriee will be made txice per week in two mini-vans. <br />THE ABOVE DESCRIBED CHANGE OF USE HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO MEET THE INTENT OF <br />E.M.C. 16.56 AND WILL NOT MAKE THE USE MORE NONCONFORMINC. <br />A PEAMIT TO ALLOB THE ABOVE DESCRIBED <br />CHANGE OF USE <br />HAS BEEN ISSUED WITH THE FOLLOYfING CONDITIONS: <br />CONDITIONS FOA CONCONFORMING USE PEAMIT N0. 20: <br />1. No more than 6 semi truck deliveries in or out per month ahall be <br />permitted. „ <br />2.
