To operate a spraying or dipping enterprise <br />utilizing flammable liquids included within the scope of qrticle 45. See <br />Section 45.101. <br />Under permit f.rom the City of Everett Building Department, co�struct or <br />install: <br />a. an approve spray booth or area as per 1988 Uniform Fire Code, <br />� Article 45, Division II, complete with required classified <br />� ventilation, electrical, and fire protection equipnent (autornatic <br />fire-extinguishing system) <br />b. an approved flammable liquid storage room for all red-label paints <br />and solvents in accordance witn the Uniform Building Code fur a <br />Group H, Division 2 Occupancy and with Article 79 of the 1988 <br />Uniform Fire Code <br />Install a portable fire extinguisher rated at 4A-40:9:C within 30 feet or <br />4R-80:B:C within 50 feet of the �praying operation. <br />"'t� A reinspection of this business Nill be conducted on or after October 1, <br />� 1990.
