At that time, it did not appear that there was any
problem putting in the paved parking lot and the landscaping. It
was not until just recently when we received additional information
which indicated that not only wauld the parking lot need to be
paved, but that there would have to be storm sewer drainage. Your
letter of November 22, 1989, points out that fact.
Since that time we have been diligently pursuing the
acquisition of an easement over either the property owned by Wally
Turner or the property owned by Greg Morris. Both of these parcels
are in between the Middleton Painting premises and Evergreen Way.
As you know, the only storm sewer in the vicinity runs North and
Souti. on Evergreen Way.
The problem at this time is that without getting an easement
across the properties we cannot put in a storm sewer drain system.
Without the drain system we can't pave the parking lot.
Accordingly, we are stiil attempting to get an easement oer
the other properties. In the meantime, we would like to move some
gravel into the area and level the present parking lot. Also, we
would like to do the required landscaping. If possible, we would
like to consider the use of a graveled parking lot with such
