The elements that are of primary <br />concern are the paving and landscaping requirements. As there ie not a atorm <br />aewer line 1n Fleming Street, the C1ty auggeste they drain the parking lot to <br />the line in E�ergreen Way. However, as indicated in the attached letter from <br />M3ddleton Painting'e Attomey, they have been unable to obtain an eaa�ent <br />acroae adjacent properties to Evergreen Way. <br />Given this circumetance, they would like to amend the Uae Permit to allow the <br />installation of a gravel parking lot.
