I
CASCADE GEOTECHNICAL
Fleming St. Duplex
Everett, Washington
Cert. No. 854-2G
Page 3
compaction or concern for future stability. We would recommend that the
loose fill materials and vegetation be removed to expose the underlying
natural soils. Fill should be placed and compacted on horizontally cut
benches, starting at the lowest point to be filled and working up the slope.
Upon completion of the filling and compaction, all exposed soils along the
slope should be protected from erosion. Visqueen covering the slope is a
snort term solution and may be utilized during construction, however,
revegetation is a long term solution to erosion protection and should be
completed during or immediatedly after site development.
We trust that this brief letter provides you with the information as need to
successfull*7 complete your project. Should you have an%, questions
concerning this letter or questions on information not addressed in this
letter, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
CASCADE GEOTECHNICAL
jam.
Charles C.
