Said hearing will take place in the Confer- ence Room, City Hall. Building Department Office. Section 2: You and each of you and/or your authorized representative(s) shall have the right to appear at said hearing and to present such evidence and/or arguments relating to this matter as you and each of you or your authorized representative(s) may desire. Failure to appear and/or present evidence and/or arguments shall result in the matter being presented to the Everett City Council with a request for abate- ment authorization. Action of the Everett City Council shall be finals provided, however, you and each of you have the right to seek relief from said fianl action of the Everett City Council from the Superior Court of the State of Washington. Section 3: This official action is pursuant to and in accordance with the City of Everett Building Code, Chapter 16.08, Everett City Code adopting and amending the Uniform Building Code, 1976 Edition, pre- pared by the International Cbnference of Building Officials.' Copies of said code are available for public inspection in the office of the City C1erk,Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington. Setion 4: The City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative shall be available between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays at his office in the Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington for consultation in this matter.
