17.28.040 Each Mobile Home lot shall provide a minimum of•2 off— <br />street parking space, for a total of 200. Additional guest <br />Parking provides 71 spaces. Total combined parking spaces at 271 <br />Provides a.ratio of 2.71 spaces per dwelling unit. <br />17.28.060 Quest parking is provided in the amount of 3.33 spaces <br />for each five mobile homes. <br />17.36 No cabanas shall be permitted. All structures shall be <br />directly and permanently attached to individual Mobile Homes. <br />All construction shall conform to EvOrett's Building Code. <br />17.40,010 Awnings may be permanently connected to the Mobile <br />Home. Where such awnings are construed to be carports, the <br />finished roofing materials shall match those of the Mobile Home. <br />17.44 Ramadas shall not be permitted. <br />17.36.060 Mobile Home Sites are not designed for transient use,. <br />but for permanent anchoring.
