Spit' 3 -&_3 <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />SPECIAL PROPERTY USE PERMIT <br />Creekside Mobile Home Park <br />West of Fleming Road, North of 60th <br />April 13, 1984 ' <br />Whereas, there was filed with the City of Everett Planning Department <br />on January 18, 1984, an application for a Special Property Use Permit, under <br />iveretL Municipal code (E.M.C.) 19.58.010, by Kirk N. Smith and C. Dirk <br />Peterson, 4608 Dogwood, Everett, Washington, to construct a 100—unit mobile <br />i <br />,home park, a community center, and a recreational vehicle storage facility on <br />;a 20 acre site described as follows: <br />Parcel A: <br />That portion of Lot 47, Plat of Fairview Heights, <br />according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 11 of <br />Plats, page 56, records of Snohomish County, Washington, <br />lying easterly of the following described line: <br />Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Tract 47; <br />thence North 490 26' 50" east along the southeasterly <br />line of said Tract 47 for 223.5 feet to the true point <br />of beginning; thence angle left 900 00' for 252.31 <br />feet to a point on the northerly line of said Tract 47, <br />which point lies south 450 06' 33" west 539.04 feet <br />from the most northerly corner of said Tract 47 and the <br />end of this description; except .the following described <br />tracts, which are portions of Lot 479 described as <br />follows, to wit: <br />Commencing at the most northerly monument on the <br />centerline of Cady Road lying between Lots 46 and 47 in <br />plat of Fairview Heights; thence northeasterly along the <br />centerline of said Cady Road for 134.88 feet; thence <br />angle to the right 900 09' 27" for- 14.96 feet; thence <br />angle to the right 180 33' 40" for 5.31 feet to the <br />true point of beginning; thence continue on the same <br />course for an additional 100.00 feet; thence angle to <br />the right 900 00' for 30.0 feet; thence angle to the <br />right 900 00' for 89.83 feet to the easterly right of <br />way line of Cady Road; thence angle to the right 710 <br />16' 53" for 31.68 feet to the true point of beginning, <br />(in the northwest corner of said Lot 47); and commencing <br />at an intersection with the southerly line of Lot 22 in <br />the plat of Fairview Heights Division No. 2 and that <br />certain traverse line used to describe the centerline of <br />the channel of Pigeon Creek in the plat of Fairview <br />Heights, the true point of beginning; thence westerly at <br />right angle with the said traverse line used to describe <br />the centerline of the channel of Pigeon Creek in the <br />plat of Fairview Heights for 30.0 feet; thence angle to <br />the left 900 00' for 109.74 feet to an intersection <br />with the southeasterly line of the said Lot 47 in the <br />plat of Fairview Heights; thence northeasterly along the <br />said southeasterly line of the said Lot 47 in the plat <br />of Fairview Heights for 30.97 feet to an intersection <br />with the aforesaid traverse line used to describe the <br />centerline of the channel of Pigeon Creek in the plat of <br />Fairview Heights; thence northwesterly along said <br />traverse line used to describe the centerline of the <br />channel of Pigeon Creek in the plat of Fairview Height$ <br />for 102.05 feet to the true point of beginning (in the <br />northeast corner of the said Lot 47). <br />
