WASHINGTON <br />RE: Creekside Mobile Home Park 98201 <br />Recreational Center <br />Dear Dave: <br />In response to your letter of January 23, 1986 requesting a reduction in <br />the established occupant load of the recreational center from 137 persons <br />as established by the Building Code to that of 99 persons. <br />I have no authority to change the requirements of the Uniform Building <br />Code, therefore your request is denied. <br />The Uniform Building Code as adopted by the City of Everett and the State <br />of Washington is very specific in the method to be utilized for calculating <br />the occupant load of various buildings and I do not have the administrative <br />authority to modify the Code. <br />Also according to the current Electrical Code adopted by the City of <br />Everett and State of Washington, the structure shall be wired utilizing <br />metal raceways. <br />If there are any questions do not hesitate to contact me. <br />Respectfully, <br />ALFRED R.
