Below I have lieted all the changes we plan to make <br />per your requeat. <br />• Install emoke detectore in the necessary areae, you will notice these are marked on t;ie <br />plana. <br />• Replace all windows in areas where the drywall has been removed. <br />• R,eplacing only the decking on entry way deck, we will be bringing the etaira up to code <br />and adding a handraillguardrail on staira ae well ae around the deck. <br />• The exterior stairs leading to the loft will be removed/demoliehed. <br />• Blown-in ineulation will be added � upstaire loft. <br />• All insulation in exterior walls will be brought up to code. <br />• Replace the necessary headera with the correct eize, theae nre also marked on the <br />plans. <br />If you have any questiona, you can reach me on my direct line at 425-250-6571.
