Josephson - 6230 Fleming <br />CIN OF EVERE7T,EVEPET' WASH�NGTON <br />I talked to Mrs. Josephson today-on�the telephone in an effort to resolve her <br />concerns. Thase concerns, as I understood thern, are: <br />� Fence on Payless' side of Flrming has deteriorated and looks unke�t, as <br />does the balance of their property abutting Fleming. She doesn't consider <br />the fence a safety issue, although at one time it prevenced a vehide fram <br />sliding down the bank in the snow. <br />* City crews cut some of the weeds and tree branches along Fleming this <br />summer which made the area look worse.
