If you wish to prevent the pecxnit <br />from expiring without documentarion of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspeaion of work thaz has occurnd, to document continuing pro�'ess, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department for <br />microfilming without final approval.
