Obtain a building permit for conversion of the sinqle <br />family residence and its detached qarege at 6315 Fleminq Way. <br />�3ZZ-E✓E2t�eesn/ wa�/ <br />2. Public Works must assiqn an address of-�*� Fleminq Way <br />to the detached qarage. <br />3. Provide easement access to 6315 Fleming Way through 6320 <br />Evergreen Way. <br />4.
