It is developed with one single family residential structure. <br />The Snohomish County Assessor's records indicate that the residence structure was <br />built in 1904 with the garage being built in about 1928. The approximately 10 foot by <br />18 foot bump -out (original garage) at the rear of the structure has a zero setback from <br />the north side property line. <br />This structure pre -dates the City's 1956 zoning code and are considered legal non- <br />conforming. <br />The above structuto(s) rrneets the City of'7verett Zoning Code in effect at the time of <br />construction and I hereby find that the above structure(s) are legal non -conforming <br />under the City of Everett Zoning Code.
