The following <br />additions, changes, and additional information must be <br />submitted nrior to final approval. <br />1) All equipment shall meet the requirements of National <br />Sanitation Foundation (N.S.F.) or equivalent. Please <br />submit the make, model number and type of equipment you <br />are pl.anning to install and u=e Ueneath the exhaust hood. <br />2) A handsink is �eeded in the food preparation area. Please <br />submit plans with this location. Handsinks must be <br />accessible, conve:�iently located, clean and maintained in <br />good repair, and must be supplied with wa� water, soap <br />and towels. <br />3) All fixed equipment shall havP a space not more than 1/32 <br />inch to adjoining equtpment and adjacent walls.
