This action is unlawful and <br />also subjects you to possible revocation of your sign hanger's license. <br />You are requested to make application Por the required permit(s) not later <br />than February 20, 1987, and to obtain the permit(s) not later than February <br />24, 1987. If you disagree with my determination, you have the right to file <br />an appeal with the Everett City Council in which case you must file written <br />notice with the City Clerk within PiPteen (15) days oP the date of this letter. <br />If the application is not submitted nor permit(s) obtained by the dates set <br />forth in the above paragraph oP this letter, or if a written notice of appeal <br />is not timely filed with the City Clerk, it will cause me to turn this matter <br />over to the City Clerk's OPfice and City Attorney's OPPice for appropriate <br />action. <br />Sincerely, <br />ALFRED R.
