"C", Block 677 Lots 12 and 13 <br />Commonly known as: 2923, 2925 and 2925 1/2 Federal, Everett, <br />WA. <br />An inspection of the buildings located at the above address <br />reveals several deficiencies which may be deemed detrimental <br />to the health, :safety and welfare of the public, as defined <br />in the Uniform Housing Code. There conditions may be <br />considered sufficient to declare the buildings to be <br />substandard. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are listed on page three of <br />this letter.
