All bnced wall panels shall be clearly indicated on the plans per Secdon 2326.11.3 and <br /> Table 23-I-W UBC (both floors). Construction of braced wall panels shall be by one <br /> of the methods listed in Section 2326.11.3 and/or 2326.11.4. If altemate braced wall <br /> panels per Section 2326.11.4 are used, show hold down locations on foundation plan. <br /> Specify exact hold down at A.B.W.P. loca6ons. Provide detail of altemate braced wall <br /> panel construction. "' <br /> 3. Provide framing plan for deck. Show beam size species and grade, post locadons, �� <br /> deck joist size species and grade, direction of joists. Show stairs on plan view of deck. <br /> 4. Change all 1991 UBC Code referenccs to 1994 UBC. <br /> 5. All walls s�pporting a living space over a U-i occupancy (garage), aze required to be <br /> one-hour fire-resistive construcdon on the garage side. <br /> 6. Label the spaces adjoining the addidon, i.e., garage, rec room, dining room, living <br /> room, etc... <br /> 7. Specify connection of ledger to existing house at deck. ' <br /> 8. The lower floor plan shows a deck, guardrails and stairs. If this is correct, addidonal <br /> fees will be assessed for the additional azeas of construcdon.
