On November 11, 1974 a second permit was <br /> � issued to you to construct a foundation and remodel the building <br /> to meet the city building code. The plans which were submitted <br /> i indicate the house to be 36' 6" in lengttt. However, during a <br /> recent inspection of the site, the building was found to be <br /> 40' 6" in length. As the site the building is now located is <br /> ' fifty feet wide and the city zoning code requires 6' minimum <br /> side yards, it appears that the building will encroach into the <br /> side yards 2 ' 6" . Therefore, it will be necessary for you to <br /> shorten the house by z ' 6" in order for. it to comply with the <br /> zoning ordinance. <br /> We have recently received complaints regarding the unsafe <br /> condition of the building. <br /> The building has been left in an unsafe con3itian as it is <br /> supported on temporarv supports and the excavation is filled <br /> with two to three feet of water. Since the site is open to <br /> trespassers and ch�ldren–frequently play therein it constitutes <br /> a definite hazard.
