'Ihe primacy purpose of such mains is to <br /> transmit large volumes of water to the reservoirs in the City of Eeerett and they <br /> are not designed for local water distribution. Accordirgly, water service trom such <br /> mains is not considered to be within the customary water distribution system of the <br /> City of Everett, and the undersigned applicanC egrees to accept water service <br /> subject to the following conditions whieh are not ordinerily applicable to other City <br /> of Everett water eustomers: <br /> z <br /> 1.
