That such variance is necessary for the preservation and en�oyment of a, li <br /> I' aubstantial property right of the appellant posaessed by the ovaere of <br /> il other properties in the same vicinity or zone. i <br /> �� I <br /> 'i Finding: The applicant's property is located in the R-1 zone and ie I <br /> Ibeing used per these requirements excepting the houae 5 feet from the <br /> irear property line. � <br /> �' Conclusi�n: The carport propoaed ie only place where it could bel <br /> �' reasonably' placed to accommodate the applicant's special neede. � <br /> �i � ! <br /> I� 3.
