The City of EveretYs Multiple Family Design Committee has reviewed the <br /> Revised Site Plan dated 5.25.05 and ihe building elevations dated 6.23.05. Both the site pian and building <br /> eievations generally comply w/the City's Zoning Code and multipte-family design standards. The proposed <br /> project is subject to a formal environmental review for compliance with all City ordinances including Public <br /> Works,Fire, Building and zoning. Upon submittal of a formal application including a final site plan, landscape plan <br /> and building elevations, the Everett Planning Department will coordinate the environmental review and issue a <br /> Final SEPA Decision.
