I've made in a note in your fiie, so don't worry about the 10-day deadline. We
can always do next-day inspection, Monday through Friday. At the time of your request, you can speciry an a.m.
or p.m. preference. To get a closer estimate on the time, you can call the inspectors during their phone hour 7:30
to 8:30 a.m. the morning of the inspection. This is when they are planning their travel route for the day, and you
can work ot with them the best time. The number to call for the inspectors is (425) 257-8810.
To request the inspections, you can either contact me, or cali our automated request line the day before you want
the inspection. That number is(425) 257-8881. If you'd rather contact me, I'm going to be out of the office the
rest of today and tomorrow(my office is being re-modeled and I can't stand the sanding and painting part).
Thanks again for helping us tie up the loose ends on this.
Margaret McLeod
(425) 257-7621
From: Andrew Cherry [mailto:acherry@office-monkey.com]
Sent: Friday, February 22, 2008 3:06 PM
To: Margaret McLeod
Subject: City of Everett Permit status
Ms. McLeod —
I am writing this with regards to permits X0603-005 and E0603-154, both in reference to address 3515
Friday Ave.
I have received a letter, dated 12 February 2008, requesting a response within 10 days. UnfoRunately,
I'm responding at the very tail-end of that response period.
I left you a voicemail not quite an hour ago; my phone number is 206-•143-3666.
The work both permits were issued for has been completed for some time; unfortunately, some of the
paperwork for the getting the inspection compieted was misplaced, and the aborted attempts I maoe to
get the inspection completed was directed towards the wrong office, so I'm oddiy pleased to receive
this notice.
I would like to request final inspection of the permitted work; my work schedule is somewhat flexible,
but I am recovering from some nasty non-specific-winter-illness, so later in next week would be infinitely
preferable.
If there is some other department I should contact directly in order to schedule the inspection? Or
should I operate through, well, you?
Thank you,
Andrew Cherry
"?/2/UOR
