As the permit holder, it is your responsibility to call for all required inspections while work is in progress and to call for final inspection when the work is completed a�id prior to occupancy. As your permit has already expired, the Code requires that a new permit must be obtained and additional fees paid before you can resume work or call for final inspection. However, the City of�Everett is at this time exten3ing a one-time grace period to holders of recently expired permits.
