Ai that time, the owner was rir. Larry Abbott and he agreed to cease occupancy of the building. Iie also stated that he �vas selling the building to Ot,�l Builders, he claims were aware of the restrictiuns on the occupancy. Y7e again received a complaint on April 9, 1975, that the building was occupied and this proved i:o be a tenant of O�al �uilders. I notified D1r. Vibbert .of ihe illegal occupancy and he xefused to vacate the premises. On i:nril 15, 1975 we gave bir. Vibbert legal notice to vacate the '�''°' stucture �•:itl�_in 72 hours a>>d on April 17 , 1975 nruce Vibbert requested additional {:ime until the lst of May to vacate the dwel3iny. Pire hiarshal Cooper inspeci:ed thc house on npri]. 18 , 1975 and was reluctant to agree to any additional time. On Apri1 22 , 1975 I made a personal inspection of the si��e and found it still occupied. I recormnend tliat we i:al;e legal steps against N,r.
