"'^s"'"�To� <br /> On January 30, 1974 , we posted the residence at 3703 Priday ,'�venue, <br /> as Unlacaful to Occupy because of fire damage. <br /> We received a complaint on January 24 , 1975 , that tlic house was <br /> occupied and this proved to be true. At that time, the owner :aas <br /> Dir. Larry Abbott and he agreed to cease occupancy of the building. <br /> Iie also stated that he was selling the building to Owl Builders, <br /> i�,he claims were aware of the restrictions on the occupancy. <br /> We again received a complaint on April 9, 1975 , that the building <br /> was occupied and this proved to be a tenant of Owl Buildcrs. <br /> I notified Mr. Vibbert of the illegal occupancy and iie refused to <br /> vacate the premises. <br /> On April 15, 1975 we gave D1r. Vibbert legal notice to vacate the <br /> stucture within 72 hours and on April 17 , 1975 IIruce Vibbert <br /> requested additioilal time until the lst of May to vacate the <br /> dwelling. <br /> Fire Marshal Cooper inspected the house on April 18, 1975 and <br /> �vas reluctant to agree to any additional time. <br /> On April 22 , 1975 I made a personal inspection of the site and <br /> found it still occupied. <br /> i iecommend that we take legal steps against Mr. Vibbert to enforce <br /> the vacatio�: of this dwelling <br />
