We - f -�""""x <br /> found at this time that the area was occupied contrary to the <br /> provisions of the City Building and Minimum Housing Codes. <br /> This inspection also revealed the following descrepancies, - <br /> w+hich shall be corrected: <br /> 1. The building can only be occupied as a single family <br /> =dwelling as set forth in Chepter 15 of the E.C.C. - - <br /> {Everett City Code) . <br /> 2. The basement area can not be used as a habital area <br /> as ^:ha ceiling heights do not corloly with Section <br /> 1907 of the Building Code. <br /> 3. 'The�has been a certain amount of Electrical, Plumbing, - - - - -- ,-_„� <br /> and General Construction remodel work performed without ` <br /> first obtaining the necessary permits.
