Mr. Champion was absent. <br /> The minutes of the January 5, 1970 Board of Adjustment i•leeting were <br /> read and approved as read. <br /> IA continuation on the application of Doctor T�. T. Hasler, 1021 Ed- <br /> wards Avenue, for a variance from the ordinance and pernission to <br /> utilize a lot with an average width af fifty•-five {55) feet in an <br /> R-1. Single Family Low Aeasity residence zone. (3708 Friday.) <br /> Theie was no additional te3timony from Dr. Hasler. <br /> After personally visitin� the subject property and evaluatin� the <br /> surveryor's change in sul:-div_3ing to alloiv more squarc footage <br /> in lot width on Parcel "A" and '?" of Lots 9 and 10 , Slock 8, <br /> Friday's 3econd addition, the board found that thQ pro�'sed vari- <br /> ance is consistent with the existing properties ot the area. <br /> It was moved by Dfr. Ingram, seconded by Mr. Dickson, and unani- <br /> mously carried to qrant the variance for the following reasons: <br /> 1. The authorization of a variance would not be <br /> detrimental to the neighLorhood, and the lot <br /> sizes ar� consistent with the adjacent lot sizes <br /> in the area. <br /> 2, By the recent revisio.n of lot width by Dr. I�asler's <br /> surveyor, a request foz a variance is of a minimal <br /> nature and the lot sizes will be consistent with <br /> city requirements. <br /> A continuation on the application of �4r. Robert Lowe, 2830 Medora <br /> Avenue, for a variance from the ordinance and permis:,ion to build <br /> to within sixteen (16) feet of the front property line and to <br /> within ten (10) feet of the rear property linc on Lot 20, Mt. IIaker <br /> View addition. (232 Dtodora Avenue.) <br /> After personally visitinq the subject property and considering all <br /> tlie evidence and testimony presented, it was movel by t•7r. Dickson, <br /> seconded by Dfr. Ingram, and unanimously carried to grant the <br /> applicant'� request for the following reasons: <br /> 1.
