The <br /> propeAy is wilhin the Everett ciry limils. <br /> • Strcam A—This is a.,unnamed stream that flows east and is coMained by Federal Avenue to <br /> Ihe west and Friday Avenue to the east. It ilows adjacent to the northern property boundary <br /> and possibly on-sile in ihe norlhwest comer. The sUeam flows into a catch basin oH-site near <br /> Friday Avenue. No flow was visible at lhe time of the delineation and no fish were observed. <br /> The stream is a Type 4 with a 10'buffer based on Everett Municipal Code. <br /> However,the adjacent slope is likely greater than 25%in the buffer oi Stream A in the westem <br /> portion of the property. Where the minimum but(er for a sVeam extends into an area with a <br /> slope of greater than 25%, the buHer shall be exlended l0 25' beynnd where the siope <br /> becomes 25°/,or less at tlie top of lhe bank.
