CMU wall appears tu be in guod cunditiun ��ith no obvious structural cracking <br /> cisiblc. <br /> At the time o(the inspcction this concrete placement for the underpinning and construction of <br /> ?he wall separating the basement &om the cra�vlspace was complctc• We �vere able to vie�c some <br /> photos taken during construction. l�hese photos sho���c�l rebar placement and escavation. <br /> "I�he C�tU ��all that separates the existing basement from the cra��•Ispuce is constructcd at a <br /> hcight of-1 feet and undcr. We ticre ahle to conlirtn that the annular space oi'this CMU wall had <br /> been tilled «�ith concrete.
