(weather resistant covers stapled securely as before)
You may want to take a look at the additions that have been added to the south east corner of the structure for setback
and zoning violations that I believe exist and consult with planning about enforcement action that will likely be
requested due to the probability that the location of these additions would be prohibited.
It is my position that the property owner IE: Bank, Mortgage company whomever, should present to the city a
comprehensive plan(in Writing) as to how these violations are going to be abated with some sort of assurance to the
city that compliance will be met. (prior to the closure of this case by you)
Ted
From:Tamre Gregory
Sent:Tuesday, September 01, 2009 11:45 AM
To:Ted Budden
Cc:Tony Lee
Subject: 4027 Friday Ave
Hello,
This property is now being managed by a local realtor. Will you please re-post the stop work order to the front and rear
doors. It would probably be best to use the plastic sheet covers to protect them from weather damage, and use duct tape
to ensure they are adhered securely. She wants any potential buyers to know the City is aware of the conditions of this
structure. As you already know, we have a lot of properties in this condition currently.
The property will be sold as is. FYI: the main floor and the upstairs have been taken down to the studs. She indicated
there is no wiring and/or plumbing on either floor. There is some discrepancy as to whether square footage was added or
not by the previous owner. Nonetheless she advised she will make sure any purchaser understands that plans and
permits will be required to do any work on this house.
After I conduct my inspection to ensure the exterior of the property is in compliance I will be closing the Code Case. Any
questions, give me a shout. Thanks!
Tcrmr4
Tamra J.
