N2 center girder with 4" x 4" <br /> posts on 16" x 16" concrete piers every 5' 0" maximum <br /> spacing. Following _ <br /> insulating new walls and new ceilings, sheetrock the <br /> entire den and rear entry room with 1/2" gypsum <br /> wallboard, tape and spackle giving a light textured <br /> finish (check with owner on finish) in preparation for <br /> paint. <br /> �Cut back house wing wall next to storage area and the <br /> yarage. New roof to be gable <br /> style with 4/12 minimum pitch. Close in the <br /> raised gable to match house. . <br /> Cover the entire house roof (including den) with 1/2" <br /> CDX plywood sheathing and install three tab fiberglass <br /> shingles (20 year warranty, contractor to register with <br /> the roofing manufacturer) . Owner to select new roofiny <br /> color. Complete roofing job with new flashings at all <br /> . roof penetrations (note new plumbing penetrations will <br /> be necessary when old roof is raised) as necessary to <br /> last at least the life expectancy of the new roofing. <br />
