Remove window over kitchen sink and lower sill at least 5" , keeping just above the sink faucet. Cover sill with laminate (matching kitchen counter) . Remove existing � trim and trim out the entire opening in clear wood. Lower the ceiling soffit over the sink 10" and finish off to match existing soffit. Light to be installed in same soffit. Remove bath vanity molded sink and replace with plywood top covered with laminate (formica or equal) and 4" high backsplash on adjoining walls. Owner to select laminate ' color. g (� 57/ �o 7. Plumbing Remove plastic and galvanized water lines throughout the house and replace with new type "M" copper lines sized to code. Note some existing lines . are copper. Remove all house galvanized waste lines back to the cast iron and replace with plastic lines. Remove the outdoor faucet, fill in hole and install" new frostless sill cocks (2) , one at southeast corner and the other at the northeast corner of new den room. Place both sill cocks up 4 ' 0" on wall. Discuss sill cock location with the owner. • Bathroom. Repair tub faucet, tightening up covers to tile. Seal the tile around the tub. After new vanity top is installed by contractor , the plumber shall install a 19" x 16" enameled steel sink ( color , other than white, to be selected by the owner) complete with a new faucet. Kitchen. Add relief drain to hot water tank. Remove sink and faucet and install a new 7" deep double bowl stainless steel sink complete with hand sprayer and faucet. Plumber shall be responsible to extend vents up through new raised roof areas called out in other spec items. All new faucets shall be single lever , washerless type, Delta or equal.
