'I7�,e property is now an eyesore, a nuisance <br /> and a hazard to adjacent properties. The yaxd and buildings pose serious <br /> potential fire hazard, are possible breeding growids for rodents and <br /> other verminand provide a refuge to delinquent behavior. <br /> Other neighbors and I have had cause to notify the p�lice on several <br /> occasions due to the activities of young people and othc:r transients <br /> in the buildings and on the grounds. We are presently pursuing whatever <br /> legal means available to us under local ozdinances and, look to you <br /> for redress of our present complaints , contineing jeopardy, as well as <br /> potential damage and serious ioss. <br /> It is inconceivable that you either have not completed the legal proceedings <br /> to allow you to msrket this property or are so unconcerned with its worth <br /> that you wi11 allow it to fall further and further into disre�;r.
