Fxndinqs: The structure has been in the same location <br /> since placed on the site in 1959 and the property was un- <br /> der different ownership at that time. <br /> Conclusions: The need for the variance is not a <br /> self-created hardship. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett <br /> does hereby order that the variance be GRANTED to allow a rear <br /> setback of less than 20 feet to legalize an existing single <br /> family structure that has an approximate 10 foot rear setback. <br /> The action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance <br /> shall be final and conclusive, unless within thirty ( 30) days <br /> frem the date of issuance and signing of this order by the <br /> 2 <br />
