Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drewings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. All habitable rooms shall have a floor area of not less than 70 s.f. with no dimension less <br /> than 7'0" measured horizontally. <br /> 2. Provide freming plans for new opening in main tloor to accommodate new stair <br /> configuration. <br /> 3. Show new waus on main Floor surrounding new stair opening, and bedroom and hallway <br /> re-configurauon. <br /> 4. Provide stair details showing rise, run, handrail height and diameter, slair width (36" <br /> min. clear), headroom and construction of stairs and landing. <br /> 5. Provide footing under new bearing wall adjacent to new stairs. Specify reinforcing steel, <br /> thickness and width of footing. <br /> 6.
