Show size and location of attic ventilation. 3. Provide size and location of foundation ventilation. 4. Provide details for both ledger connections (roof and deck) at covered porches. 5. Provide (2) 6" x 12" screened openings for combustion air located one high, one low, near the water heater. 6.
