Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). Provide risc, run, �vidth, handrail and if applicable, guard for exterior stairs. <br /> 2. Provide 3 copies of site plan drawn no smaller than 1" = 20'-0" (per Ciry of [verett <br /> residential submittal checklist). <br /> 3. Show roof pitch and material on elevation drawings. <br /> 4. Provide min. 36" landing at exterior doors, 7 3/4"max rise. Show on plans. Stub-out t!4 <br /> at 18" O.C. at concrete landing to resist di(ferential settling. <br /> 5. Label each space (or its intended use. <br /> 6. The plans call for a "Simpson HU36" hanger to attach the Floor joists to che sill plate. An <br /> HU36 has a widlh of 2 9/16", the plans call for 3 1/2 " framing. Please correct. <br /> 7. International Building Code (IBC) table 1607.4 requires garage Floors to bc designed for <br /> 40 PSF live load or 3000# concentrated load.
