Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Cude,) (2009 Internationai Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherv+ise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reFlecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Provide smoke alarms per section R314 International Residential Code (IRC). Show all <br /> smoke alarms on plans. Specify 110 volt w/battery backup interconnected. <br /> 2. Provide carbon monoxide alarms per section R315 IRC. Show all carbon monoxide <br /> alarms on plans. <br /> 3. The building permit application is not complete. The quantity of all plumbing and <br /> mechanical fixtures shall be included on the applicatioa. <br /> 4. Specify type of heat on application. Show (umace on plans. Show water heater. Specify <br /> seismic straps, PRV, etc. <br /> 5. Label use of basement. Tndicate if the space is to be finished or unfinished. <br /> 6. If the basement has the capacity to be heated, it is required to be insulated. Show <br /> framed walls inside of existing concrete walls.
