The following summarizes this decision and outlines <br /> conditions which must be met on site. <br /> • The seclion of fence located to the north of the driveway, which runs north/south <br /> and is in excess of forty-two inches in height within the front setback, is permitted <br /> to remain as is on site. <br /> • The portion of the fence which is located to the south of the driveway which runs <br /> north/south and is in excess of forty-two inches in height within the front setback <br /> is permitted to remain as is on site, except for the portion located within the five <br /> foot south side setback. This portion of fence must be reduced ta a maximum of <br /> six feet in height. <br /> • The portion of the fence which runs easUwest and is located within the south side <br /> setback shall be reduced to a maximum height of six feet. <br /> • Once the modifications to the existing fence required by�his decision are made, <br /> no addition or modification shall be made to any section of fence without first <br /> obtaining approval from the City of Everett Planning Department. Any repair or <br /> maintenance of said fences shall be in complete conformance with this decision. <br /> • A building permit is required for any portion of the fence which exceeds six feet in <br /> height. Please contact the Building Department at (425)257-8810 to obtain <br /> more information regarding permit submittal. <br /> This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use <br /> Hearing Examiner. An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the date <br /> of this notice.
