A site inspection <br /> was done as a result of a complaint. <br /> The IDS shows a different configuration for the existing portion of the structure <br /> than what is represented on the drawings. <br /> A neighbor has been in to the counter that had a number of photos that showed <br /> how extensive the addition actually was. <br /> The planning department has concerns that the "proposed" addition may be to <br /> close to the top of a steep slope. <br /> There is also a possibility that there was fill placed on the top of the existing <br /> steep slope. It appears that there is a relatively new retaining wall at the top of <br /> the steep slope. <br /> I don't know how you want to proceed with this application.
