:-„ <br /> CITY OP EVERETT - BOARD OF ADJUSTP4EN'P <br /> ORDER <br /> TVHER�AS, theretofore, there was filed with the City of <br /> Everett, Planning Department on April 15, 1976 an application for <br /> a variance of Section No. 12. 030 of Everett Municipal Code Chapter <br /> 19 by William Palmer, 3615 Gever Lane for permission to allow <br /> 10, 358 square feet as a buildable lot rather than the required <br /> 12, 500 square feet in an R-S, Single-Family Suburban Residential <br /> Zone. <br /> on the followinq described nroperty• Lot 2 <br /> A portion of Lot 52, Plat of Edgewater, according to <br /> the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats on page 94, records <br /> of Snohomish County, Washington, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 52; thence <br /> North 0°02' 30° West along the east line thereof for 140. 0 feet to `he <br /> true point of beginning; thence continue Plorth 0°�2 ' 30" West for <br /> 91. 84 feet; thence North 87°59 ' 00" West for 55.10 feet; then�e South <br /> 81°44 ' ll" West for 80. 99 feet to the wost line of said Lot 52; thence <br /> South 7018 ' 25" West along the west line of said Lot 52 for S1.R6 <br /> feet; thence South 77°47 ' 30" East parallel with the south line of <br /> said lot 52 for 145 . 16 feet to the true point of beginning. <br /> Address: 3615 Geyer Lane <br /> AND; WHEREAS, June 7, 1976 was fixed as the date of hearing <br /> on said application and proper notice having been gicen as requir.ed <br /> by law, <br /> AND: WHEREnS, a public hearing was held on said clate and the <br /> Board oP Adjustment, after revi.ewing all testimony, made the findings <br /> that: <br /> 1. There will be no view obstruction. <br /> 2 . There will be no impact on the density by the granting of <br /> the variance. <br /> 3 . Without a variance the lot becomes unusable so a hardship <br /> wovld be imposed upon the applicant. <br /> 4 .
