Further, the provision of the ESA covenant <br /> will be deiayed until completion of the mitigation pian. <br /> The Planning Department wili notiy Pubiic Works that the "stop work notice" will <br /> be lifted to ellow only work related to: i <br /> i <br /> 1) the erosion control measures noted above and in tha attached letter; � <br /> 2) erosion control work conducted during the work week (so that the City � <br /> may monitor the activiiy).
