Su�cient funds shall be provided far the actual creation and/or anhancamant of the mitigation wetland and buffer. Preliminary estimates indicate thet the 0,6 acres of wetland can be mitigated at $40,000 per acre. At a 3:1 mitigation ratio, this would require 2.4 acres of wetland mitigetion or $96,000. Buffer mitigation is estimated to cost approximately $10,000 per acre or $12,000. Therefore, totel mitigution is estimated to cost approximetely 3108,000 not : including planning costs.
