Ingram were present. <br /> Mr. Ciiampion was absent. <br /> The minutes of tlie September 13 , 1971, hearing were read and approved <br /> as read. <br /> n continuation on the application oE Eir. (2oning Ordinance) , ! <br /> R-1, Single r^amil}� Low Density Residence Zone , to waive the twenty (20) ` <br /> foot iront yard set back requirement and permission to construct a � <br /> garage to within six (6) feet of the front property line on Lot 1 , ' <br /> Plat of View Acres (9601 View Drive) . <br /> After visual observation of the subject property and considering all � <br /> the facts and testimony, it was moved by Mr, Ingram, seconded i <br /> by 1•�r. Cronin, and unanimously carried to grant the applicants request <br /> for the following reasons : <br /> 1• Mr. Weber 's property is located on a dead-end street, so there i <br /> will be no site obstruction. � <br /> 2. The proposed garage will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br /> area. <br /> I <br /> 3. The eatra width of seventy (70) feet for Vieio Drive allows ` <br /> sufficient area for building close to the existing property <br /> line ivithout being detrimental to traffic floco or the existing <br /> view. <br /> r � <br /> A hearing was l�eld on the application on Mrs. Selma Nales , 4951 Glacier <br /> -Lane, Everett, I4ashington, for a variance from Section 15 .
